36 hours in Mumbai with my 360Plus team was all about reflecting and learning but also experiencing. Knowing that it was short but felt like more was happening. We checked out the Museum of Solutions, which was all about creativity and inventiveness. Made me a kid again. I will be thinking deeply about the kind of change I want to put into the world, but this time with more creativity and enthusiasm towards enjoying the process of making the change.

Later, we had dinner with some guests and donors who supported us on our journey through 360plus and had a conversation with some incredible people from KPMG, Genci from HDFC Bank, and others. She shared her hope for change and how we, through programs like 360Plus, are not just hoping for a better future, but actually creating it. That moment made me realize how powerful our voices and actions can be.

I also shared my own experience with others regarding my future aspirations while seeking advice and learning from their experience of 27+ years in the working industry and how the 360 trip, from Delhi to Ahmedabad to Mumbai, has been so exciting, giving me space to think, reflect, learn, unlearn, and just keep growing. I’m learning to see things from new perspectives and changing my perception towards exploring and adapting learning. Talking about experience, I particularly enjoyed hearing my teammates explain their journeys and reflect on how we are growing together in this space. Making this trip more memorable and a reflective walkthrough the incredible experience.
