Arriving in Bangalore at night brought back quiet memories. The city where I grew up welcomed me not just with familiar streets and air, but this time, with the warmth of a new family my 360Plus family. After checking in, we settled into our rooms, filled with both excitement and curiosity for the days ahead.

Day 1: Stories, Reflections, and Laughter

Our first day began with meeting our two amazing leaders. We then experienced a powerful play by the Yours Truly Theatre team  a performance that sparked thoughts and emotions within us. The energy stayed with us as we headed to Lalbagh, one of Bangalore’s greenest spaces, for our first reflection session. The calmness of the garden made it the perfect place to pause and think deeply. Later, we explored Jayanagar’s markets, shopping joyfully before ending the day with what I’d call the best dinner of the entire trip.

Day 2: Understanding Waste, Understanding People

We visited Hasiru Dala, a waste management organization in Gottigere. Learning how waste is segregated and managed opened our eyes to how much effort goes into keeping a city clean. Talking to the workers there was humbling their dignity and strength left a mark on my heart. We later returned to Lalbagh, this time for a group-based reflection activity, where we shared our learnings and thoughts.

Day 3: Creating Solutions with Reap

At Reap Organisation, something shifted inside me. For the first time, I worked without distraction, fully immersed in the task. We chose to work on a real-world problem a local fruit vendor who was losing his stock due to spoilage. Together, my group found a creative solution to help preserve his fruits. That afternoon, we stepped into the peaceful beauty of Cubbon Park, learning about trees, birds, and animals using the Merlin and iNaturalist apps. Nature never felt more alive.

And then came one of the most special moments meeting the co-founder of Infosys. His words inspired us deeply, and it was an honor to speak with someone who helped shape India’s IT industry.

Day 4: Music, Art, and Goodbyes

We visited the Art and Music Museum, admiring the sculptures and the spirit of creativity. But as the day came to a close, it was time for our formal send-off. My heart was overwhelmed. I couldn’t speak  my emotions flowed through my tears. Three weeks with the 360Plus family had become a chapter of my life I would never forget.

Day 5: A Visit to Infosys  Innovation Meets Responsibility

On our final day, we visited the Infosys campus, learning how the company takes climate action and integrates sustainability into its functioning. It was eye-opening and inspiring to see how a tech giant is contributing to the planet. After that, it was time to head to the airport.

Bangalore is not just a city to me  it's home. But this trip wasn’t just a return to my roots. It was seeing my home through the eyes of my 360Plus family. It was laughter in parks, tears during goodbyes, ideas born in classrooms, and hearts opened during reflection circles.

As I left the city, I didn’t just carry my suitcase.
I carried memories, friendships, lessons, and a full heart.
