Day 8 transformed into a cozy, indoor adventure for the #360plus cohort as heavy rains kept everyone inside. The day was filled with team-building exercises and the creation of cherished memories, facilitated by engaging theatre and movement activities. Guided by a skilled facilitator, the students explored conservation themes, learning to express their beliefs and values artistically. The activities began with a few fun games, helping everyone loosen up and get comfortable with one another.

Later, the group was divided into smaller teams, each tasked with preparing pictures on various topics. This exercise not only developed an environment of creativity but also encouraged self-reflection, helping participants recognize their strengths and areas for improvement. One cohort member shared, “The activities really helped us loosen up. I especially felt like something was unlocked that had been closed off during our time in India.” This testimonial highlights how the day’s activities enabled students to connect more deeply with themselves and their peers, creating a supportive and open environment.

The day concluded with a delightful dinner, which proved to be a learning experience in itself. One student remarked, “That dinner helped me step out of my comfort zone and practice my non-existent networking skills. I learned that a conversation needs just two willing participants to be productive, and if the conversation isn’t flowing, it’s okay to move on.” The evening was capped off with an exuberant dance party, featuring Bollywood hits and music from the students’ home countries. The shared laughter and dancing left everyone with smiles and a strong sense of togetherness, making Day 8 a memorable and transformative experience for the entire cohort.
