Our Story
The Beginning
360Plus began with a conversation between educators who were frustrated by a painful pattern: brilliant students with enormous potential being limited not by ability, but by access.
We saw students who could analyze complex global issues but had never left their state. Young people with natural leadership abilities who didn’t see themselves in spaces where decisions were made. Talented thinkers who were told, implicitly and explicitly, that certain experiences “weren’t for people like them.”
We decided to change that narrative.

What started as a small pilot program taking 15 students on a domestic educational trip has grown into a comprehensive organization that has:
