About 360 Plus

Breaking Down Barriers, Building Up Leaders

The world is more connected than ever before—but not everyone has equal access to explore it.

360Plus was born out of a shared conviction: that access to transformative experiences shouldn’t depend on zip code or circumstance. A small group of people — professionals from the corporate world, social workers, and educators — kept witnessing the same quiet injustice: the students who stood to gain the most from seeing the world were the ones least likely to ever get the chance. Young people from underrepresented communities, from immigrant families, from places where survival came before opportunity, were being left out of experiences that could change the entire direction of their lives.

So they built something different.

In 2017, one of their early students was Marisol. She came to the US as an immigrant, taught herself English through books and television, and was working a job while finishing school — determined to be the first in her family to go to college. When she arrived in India, she nearly skipped the Himalayan hike because of her asthma. She did it anyway. She came back wanting to learn a third language, more aware of how her community consumed resources, and — perhaps most unexpectedly — more confident in herself.

Today, Marisol is a teacher in Washington, DC — shaping the next generation, just as 360Plus once helped shape her.

The Challenge We Address

Educational Inequity is Global Inequity. In America today, opportunity remains deeply
segregated by socioeconomic status. Students from low-income backgrounds are:

This isn’t just unfair—it’s unsustainable. The challenges facing our world require diverse
perspectives, innovative thinking, and leaders who understand complexity.

We can’t afford to leave brilliant minds on the sidelines because they started the race behind.

Our Solution

Investment, Not Charity: We don’t view our students as recipients of charity—we view them as investments in our collective future. Our comprehensive approach includes:

Experiential Learning

International and domestic travel programs that transform abstract concepts into lived experiences.

Technology Access

Laptops, internet access, and digital literacy training that opens doors to learning and opportunity.

Academic Support

Test prep, tutoring, college counseling, and scholarship assistance that levels the playing field.

Leadership Development

Workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects that build confidence and competence.

Community Building

A lifelong network of peers, mentors, and supporters who believe in collective success.
