360Plus Leadership Collective
Leadership Collective is a fully funded global citizenship and youth leadership program for high school students from diverse and underserved backgrounds. Since 2015, the program has brought together young leaders from around the world for a structured journey that includes virtual preparation, immersive experiential learning in India, and sustained post-program engagement.
Through a Study, Serve, Share model, students live and learn through homestays, community organizations, cultural institutions, and civic leaders. Travel Toes
Travel Toes designs customized educational travel experiences that inspire curiosity and deepen learning. Programs are tailored to participant goals and may include language immersion, academic exchange, history and culture, ecology and climate change, social justice, and service learning—always grounded in meaningful local engagement.

Impact Brigade
Impact Brigade connects corporate culture with global citizenship by engaging the teenage children of employees in meaningful service-learning and cultural immersion experiences. By aligning projects with a company’s values and ESG priorities, the program strengthens employee engagement while fostering empathy, leadership, and social responsibility in the next generation.

R2Urban
R2Urban reimagines the concept of field trips by bringing rural students into urban environments for structured experiential learning. Through supervised 4–5 day immersions, students engage with urban institutions, interact with peers, and explore educational and career pathways unavailable in their home settings.
