Hello everyone! I am going to be telling you about our first journey at the 360Plus Collective Leadership. From the conference room to the mountains! We have had an amazing experience and here it is. On July 6th of the leadership collective, we went and hiked the Western Ghats! It was the first day we were able to see the communities of India. From the waterfalls to the cravings over 2,000 years old. I was intrigued and wanted to learn more. The view from the top was breathtaking, but if you turned around it was just as memorizing!

Waterfall before the start of the hike! Many people were in it, playing, taking picture and more.

The main Cave of our hike! It was after the waterfall, if you wanted to go in you had to take your shoes off out of respect! These caves were carved thousands of years ago, so it is man made out of the big cliffs.

Hello everyone! I had an amazing day. I went to go see the Gateway of India, and learned more about the history. It was built more than a hundred years ago in 1914. It’s crazy to see how fascinating history can be. I never knew about the British troops left India. I saw many families and friends, taking many beautiful pictures. I loved the views and how I was able to socialize about the history of the Gateway of India . Can’t wait to learn more history in India. :)

Yesterday at 9:30 in the morning we all 360Plus Leadership Collective family we all went for hiking at Western Ghats. We were very excited to explore new places. It’s was heavy raining yesterday. We went from Kautilya home of leadership with bus. We enjoyed a lots while traveling to western gates and when we finally reached there we went to upside the hills top. We saw stupa and caves there. The stupa in Buddhism, as the important of stupa grew, so it did function of meaning. iI addition to consider the living presence of the Buddha, his protective , power and living energy they were also a site of ritual and ceremonies. The caves are a group of 22 rock it caves dating back to the 2nd century BC. The name of the caves is called Bheja caves because the caves is located in the village called Bheja. Lastly we went back to waterfall and there we saw lots of monkeys and a garden. It was really a very amazing trips. The weather was pretty cool, and then we back again to the home of leadership.
